Hello
I have been having a couple internal discussions about the best way of use
the MS Project Web Access at my job. We came up with a point that in
particular I disagree, but I do not know if the PWA does it.
The point is; we need to control our stakeholders’ hours and tasks per day.
However, my manager want to see this information into the PWA in the task or
timesheet view, where all the stakeholders will be able to input their daily
activities, describing technically, what was made in order to keep the
project documentation accessible for all PWA. In my opinion this information
should be into de project documentation or as second option, we could
subdivide all the tasks in a more detailed processes to control this
information.
If somebody can help me and tell me if the PWA has this option and also if
my concept right or not, it would help me a lot.
I’d like to thanks in advance.
