Damaged screen tips and hyperlinks

After entering screen tips and Hyperlinks to a text box and saving the HTML
page, they disappear. When opening the HTML page again to edit it, I need to
re-enter them.
Need URGENT help!!!!!!

You can not add a hyperlink to a text box. It wont work.
