DAO360.DLL file

I am attempting to install Microsoft Publisher 2002 onto my Windows 98SE
system. I have received a message to the effect that I only have version
3.60.2927.2 and I require 3.60.3706.0. Where can I get this file?

This article, although addressing Access, it will be applicable to Publisher as well.
You need to refresh your MDAC components.
