Data Access Pages

I have created Data access pages to be viewed in MS Project Portfolio
but only I am able to view the document. How could you set the page
to be viewed by all other team members.

Hi Augie,

I might need a little more information, but this is usually because you
created the DAP using a local ODBC connection rather than a DSN-less
connection. Unless everyone has the same ODBC connection on their computer,
they probably will not be able to see the page.

Hi Augie,

Sorry about the delay. Yes. Basically, edit the DAP and go to the
"Edit->Select Page..." option. Change the ConnectionString option. You can
just select the data source here or type in your own connection string
manually. You are probably selecting an named ODBC connection right now.

William,

Thank you for your reply, it is greatly appreciated. In the
connection string, there are three options. I have selected
"Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server". In the next dialog scrren
i enter the nam of the server and the database, selecting Windows NT
Integrated Security. I then test the connection and it works. It is
when I publish the view on PWA that no is able to view the page. The
user receives a message that the login failed and the data connector
could not be initialized.
