I am real new to this db thing. I have the data base setup in fp2003 (aceess
data base using the wizzard.) I have no problem. I just need to know is
there some way to filter the results where i can view 1 result instead of
all the results. you can veiw my dbase at www.kansascityupclose.com

Yes. You need to specify it in your SQL statement. For example, if you
said WHERE CategoryID = 1 then you'd only see the first record.

Check out step 3 of the DRW > More Options
Set your criteria here and then set the max records to "1"
