I have an MS Project 2003 schedule (actually an Access database) that has
about 3000 activities in it (it is the only project in the database). I run a
report in MS Access2000 weekly that gives me a listing of all activities for
that week grouped by Resource Group (Task Text Field 188744005). Lately the
report has not been giving me the desired results.
I can see all of the correct activities if I look at the schedule in
Project, but when I run the query for the report they are not there. When I
check the text fields (in Access) using the activity's Unique ID I see that
the Resource Group value is not there and there is no associated Text Field
188744005 for the activity even though it shows up in Project.
What could be causing this?
How do I fix it?
I have tried running update queries in Access to fix the problem, they
appear to run, but the records are not updated.
