If you are viewing print preview, this is a Publisher bug that shows all the
data the same. In the print dialogue there is a test print, use it on plain
stock if you are unsure.
When you say all the pages... When you do a merge you can only have one label or
one envelope or one postcard or whatever you are merging on your screen. If you
are merging a letter, you can only have one letter.
Does this help?
I have created a data source that has over 1,000 names to place in a
directory. I have created the template to merge all of the names into the
fields respectfully. However, when I merge the data it only pulls one name
from the data source and enters it in all of the fields in place of the other
names.
The booklet template that I am using at the top it says 4 down and 1 across,
is it possible for me to use 2 or 3 across and as many as can be placed on
the page.
This is the first time you mentioned you are using the catalogue merge. It is
the same as any merge. You put all your fields in the same catalogue block. You
can resize the block to any size you want, one per page or if the font is small
enough, three or more across. But you can only populate one block with your
merge fields.
