Database entries editing using Pull down menu

I'm still new at all this programming, can anyone help me?
I am accessing a database, and I can get the edit page to work, but.. In the
edit page, I want some of the edit options to be a pull down menu with
options. Is this possible? if so how? I hope my question makes sense.

Ok, I found the option when I create the edit pages..
so I finally got it I think, so this post was useless
