database using MS Office Word 2007

I've created a database using MS Office Word 2007 and wish to send someone a
copy of the database via email. I can attach a copy and send it but they
can't open it. They also have MS Office Word 2007 (suite). Can someone help
walk me through this?

How did you create a database using Office Word 2007? Do you mean to say that
you have created a word document that you want to send it to someone by email?

If the answer is yes, then what exactly are you sending? Is it a just a link or
is it an actual document? Have you tried sending a zipped version of the same
document? What errors are they getting if they try to open?

You will appreciate that it is difficult to think of all the possibilities of
this problem unless we have something to go by.
