database

I am real new to access. I need to make a customer service database. I'm
not sure what I should use. Tables, forms, or reports. I need to be able to
enter customers name, address, phone number and a comment area of what the
call was for. I have to be able to pull this up again if they call back and
be able to add more information in the comment (note) area so it continues
on. If someone could help me with this it would be great. Thank you in
advance.

FYI, there is also a "Contact Management" database on that site. When you
say "call" I am not sure if you mean service call, or phone call. If phone
call, use the Contact Management template.

That's a bit like saying that you want to drive a car, and you're not
sure what you should use: engine, transmission, or steering gear.

You'll use all three. Store the data in (properly normalized!) tables;
enter and edit it using Forms; print it using Reports.

Like I said I'm real new to access. Thank you for the information I
understand it a little better. I wasn't sure how you used each section.
Thanks
