Date doesn't show

Have <date/time> date area placeholder on title master, but it doesn't show
up on title slide?

Hi Lou,

Two things to check.

1) Is the Date/Time placeholder activated?
Click View --> Header and Footer ... Check if the Date and Time check box is
checked and the content in the textbox or the auto-update box checked.

2) Is anything covering up the background?
The Date/Time Placeholder is on the Master Slide, which means that it is
placed behind all the elements on the slide. If you have a shape or picture
in that area of the slide, it will cover and hide the Date.
