Hi,

I want to create a filter that will allow me to export the total work
schedulled to be done within a given date range - not the total work for the
task which may span further before and after the given date range. Is this
possible?rgds

Hi,

This can be programmed in VBA but there is no builtin function to do this.
The nearest you can get is by using a line Cumulative Work in a Usage View
and make the difference between the values at start and end of your range.

Hope this helps,

Try exporting the data you want to Excel. Use the Export Time Phased Data to
Excel wizard on the Analysis toolbar. You will be given options for selected
tasks or whole project, and then a date range.

If you are using Project2007 this feature is found on the Visual Reports menu
from the main menu bar
