<Datebook> in filter

I use outlook 2002. I used to synch it with my phone. My phone's
entries created a new category( <Datebook>) in outlook when synched
with Outlook. I don't own that phone anymore and I have a problem.

When I make a new folder in Outlook (a Mail and Post Items folder), it
automatically includes a filter in my view, a <Datebook> category
filter. Needless to day, if the email does not have that named as a
category, it will not show up in the folder. So what I have to do each
time I make a new folder, is right click it, go to filters, and remove
the <Datebook> category as a filter.

Is there any way to set up Outlook, so when I make a new folder, no
filter will be automatically added? I want to Customize the view, but
not just for current folder, but for all the folders.
