dccl32.dll

Chris

When trying to open Outlook 2000, I get this error "The
add-in "Dccl32.dll" could not be installed or located" It
then tells me that it can be resolved by running the
detect and repair. Tried that, and it never let's me look
for the file, just errors out again. It then tells me
that maybe Virt memory maybe an issue.

Any ideas? I have completely uninstalled Office and
reinstalled, with service packs.

Thanks,

Chris

That DLL is related to WinFax. Make sure WinFax isn't checked as an
addin in Tools, Options, Other tab, Advanced Options, COM AddIns and
in AddIn Manager. Also, check in your email services that you don't
have the WinFax service added. Check that in the Tools, Services menu
in Outlook 2000.
