Default email account always changes back to Exchange mailbox

I'd like my default mail account to be a hotmail account. I'm able to change
it in the E-mail Account settings, but when I check it later, my default is
back to my Exchange mailbox.

Any ideas? I'm running Outlook 2003 and Small Business Server 2003.

Do you have local administrator rights on your workstation? May not be
related, may be....

I checked and my account does have local admin rights.

The change appears after I logon to the Small Business Server 2003 domain. I
can't figure out the SBS setting to stop the server from overriding my
Outlook e-mail profile.

Any thoughts? Thanks.
