DEFAULT EMAIL TEMPLATE

I want to create a default email template that has our
company's logo as the header. Is this possible? I tried
to create a *.dot file in word and save it as email.dot,
but I am not having any luck. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

You have to make a "stationary" (tools, options, mail format, stationary picker, new). Good luck!
