Default "From" email address

I'm trying to set a default email address to be applied
to all my outgoing emails. I have several email
addresses but want to use a specific address as the
default.

How is this done?

For OL2002:

Tools > E-mail Accounts > View or change existing e-mail
accounts

Select the account you'd like to have as default, and
click the "Set as Default" button.

As Al Smith has eluded to, this procedure may differ
depending on which version you're using.
