I am a new user of FrontPage 2003 and I have a few questions. I have
windows 2000 and office 2000.

Can I update FrontPage with the updates although they say they are for
Office 2003 and I only have FrontPage 2003 and Office 2000.?

How can I get all my WebPages to open in FrontPage and not some in front
page and some in word when I double click them? I have searched around, but
not found any easy solutions...

Thanks

Tools > Options > General (tab)
[x] Check if FrontPage is the default editor for pages.
Close FrontPage and reopen. Answer the dialog.

I don't know how to answer regarding Office Update
other than suggest you try it to see what happens as doing
so is just a read process that will display dialogs you can
always cancel if for example you are asked for the Office
Systems 2003 CD which you may not have.

Do the office update, and it will find FP2003 and let you know if there are
any updates available.

For the office update part.
"In theory" the office update will check for installed components and only "update" those to which
it applies.
I have downloaded the update and it's sitting here on my desktop "uninstalled" because I have
multiple versions of FrontPage on my machine.
So,..... one of these days when I have "extra time" I'll double click the file and see what
happens.

....and, someday, when I see that the problems/bugs with installing Office
2003 SP1 don't exist anymore, I *might* install it ;-)
