Default Paper Size

Help

I have a client running office x on a 10.2.8 machine
updated to office 10.1.5 and on the users PPt whenever he
goes to Page Setup the paper is defaulted to US Legal. It
must be changed on every PPt presentation separately.

I have tried:
-reinstallation
-preference scrapping
-updates
-reinstallation of printer drivers

And none of this has yielded any results.

Any suggestions would be VERY MUCH appreciated.

I'm guessing this happens whenever you create a blank presentation. If so,
it shouldn't be too hard to fix. Open PowerPoint, go to File -> Open.
Choose to "Show: All Office Documents." Then, navigate to the Microsoft
Office X folder on your hard drive, and choose Microsoft Office
X/Templates/Presentations/Designs/Blank Presentation. Then, go to File ->
Page Setup and make the desired change(s). Now, go to File -> Save, and
then File -> Close to close the presentation. All new blank presentations
should reflect the change to the template that you just performed.
