Default path for documents in Office

Hi

Can I set up a path of my choice for a folder that I use
frequently in MS Office?

For example instead of "My Documents" which opens by
default for opening any office document, can I set path
of a partitioned drive like "f:\WorkData" folder, which I
use frequently?

other Office apps.
