Yes, it does, but that's not the problem (you're familar with the concept of
the NHS?) The problem is I live in a very affluent (or should that be
effluent; now that a major supermarket chain has got its way) area and I am
entitled to free dentistry *BUT* there are no dentists willing to accept me
as they're either all private or not accepting NHS charge-exempt adults
(there are five categories of NHS charge-exemption: - under 16s (or under
19s if still in full time education), pregnant and nursing mothers,
pensioners and those on disability benefits). Trouble is, all the ones round
here are only accepting the first four categories and I cannot find anywhere
to take me.
