Default Template

I was typing a document and closed Word. In the process,
I seem to have saved the entire document as my default
template.. Every time I open Word expecting to see a
blank page on which to type, I get the document.. How do
I restore my default template to being a blank page -
when I pull up WORD, I want to see a blank page.

I did the same thing. I have tried to re-install Office
XP to no avail. Did you ever find the resolution to this?
