Default Text

How can I change the text default from "plain text"
to "HTML"? I know it is probably easy, but I can't find
the option anywhere. Any help is welcome.

You don't say what version of Outlook you are using, but in 2003 (and XP, if
I remember correctly), at the Inbox menu, select Tools, Options, Mail
Format.
