Default to 'Paste as unformatted text' for all Office applications

I've seen this query come up time and time again and also know of many people
who constantly keep Notepad running just to make copying / pasting of
unformatted text easier.

It would be very useful if future versions of Office had an option to 'Paste
as unformatted text' by default for ALL applications. 'Paste special...' is
an option but it's time consuming. Also Outlook doesn't support 'Paste
special...' in HTML e-mails unless you have Word as your e-mail editor. The
only option is to paste into Notepad and back into Outlook - crazy!!

I (and all regular Office users I know) would much rather Ctrl-v pasted as
unformatted text by default and all the *other* pasting options were
available through Paste Special.
