Default toolbars

Hi all

Is there any way you can change what toolbars appear by default when you
open a program? For instance, whenever I open Word, the PDF toolbar comes up
by default, which I always have to close. Also, because I use the Tables &
Borders toolbar every day, I have to open this.

Is there a way you can default what toolbars do and don't appear??

Right-click any toolbar, clear those you don't want, check those you do... Are you
saying these settings don't stick?

Yes, I mean the setttings don't stick. I do all this every morning but then
when I close Word etc down and re-open it, the toolbars are back to how they
were before so I have to customise them again.
