We use a default account to set up outlook XP.The account
is copied to the default user folder. This always worked
fine for NT/2000.However in XP when the user print off e-
mails the name at the top of the print out is the name of
the default account. this causes problems in large offices
were several user share 1 printer as they have to read the
e-mail to check if it is theirs.

Any help would be much appreciated

Outlook prints the display name of the mailbox. Are these set correctly on
those mailboxes? You might want to use a prf-file instead to configure
Outlook mail settings. To to this use the Custom Installation Wizard you can
find in the Office Resource Kit
