I cannot sen or recieve mail in outlook and I would like
to make it my default mail, I use Express and Bt Web
mail, does outlook need treating as a new account, I am a
little old for this but with a little help I shall cope.

Are we talking about Outlook or Outlook Express here?

Anyway; all mailprograms need to be configured first. Your ISP can tell you
what the server settings are for you and what e-mail address, username and
password you have. Since this is different for everyone your ISP is the only
one who can help here.

If you want to use Outlook instead of Outlook Express, you can copy items
over from Outlook Express to Outlook. Use HELP IMPORT and HELP EXPORT in
each tool to find out how.
