Entourage stores its data in a folder inside the Microsoft User Documents
folder which you can find here:
~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 200x Identities (where "~" stands for
your user name)
If you accidentally moved that folder, or its parent folders, Entourage
can't find your old database and automatically generates a new one. Locate
your old Identities folder and move it back in place (with Entourage
closed), then restart your Mac and launch Entourage. You should now have
access to your data once again.
Hi, I have just opened entourage and it has reset back to default, lost all
emails, addresses everything ah... can anyone help?
