Deferring e-mails for a long time

Hi

I would like to set up deferred e-mails where i write it now and send, but
the customer does not receive it for about 5 months. Is there a way i can do
this? I have done something similar using cognito before (sending from the PC
client) where you can defer the message, although that is more like SMS.

The key is to be able to send it now, so that if i am out of the office in 5
months, the message is still delivered, not sitting in an outbox.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Just use the built-in feature in Outlook. When you have the new email window
open, click the options button on the toolbar. In the window that opens
you'll see an option that says "Do not send before." Turn that on and select
the date and time.
