Defining Dates

Hi guys
I'm running Project 2003

How do I define/print a specific range of dates and times, for
instance, I am currently working on a project whereby the Friday time
starts at 5pm and ends at 8pm, then on the saturdat it starts at 10am
and finishes at 4pm. When I go to print, I see all the other time which
I have no interest in?

Thanks
Daz

Hi Daz,

In the File > Print dialog box you can select the date/time range to print.
I don't know if you can get to the level of 1 or two days, but I would start
there.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Hi Daz,

I'm sorry, you can't :-(

You can zoom the timescale in and out to show more or less data, but you
cannot remove the non-working time.

You may want to draw the non-working time shade in front of the task bars
and see if that suits your needs. Go to Format > Timescale and on the
non-working time tab under the Formatting options choose Draw: In front of
task bars.

I hope this helps.
