Delegate permissions

Why dont I have the following:
No Open User's folder, No Delegates Tab, or No Permissions
tab.

Gee, we won't know until you post your Outlook version, support mode
(help->about in Outlook 98 and 2000), and your Exchange version.

You may not have these options if you are pulling email from a source
other than an Exchange server.

Are you using POP3 or IMAP, HTTP, etc?
