Delegate problems

Erick

I'm having a problem when delegating permissions to a
user. When this user tries to open any folder, the
following message appears: "Unable to display the folder.
Outlook could not start because a location to send and
receive messages from could not be found. To add a
location, such as a personal folder file, double-click the
Mail icon in Windows Control Panel."

What version of Outlook? Also how are you trying to open this mailbox?
-Just a single folder by File-> Open-> Other User's Folder...
-As an extra mailbox on the users' profile
-As a separate profile

I'm using Outlook 98, Exchange 2000.
It's only with this account that is happening this error.

I already tested this account in others workstations and
the problem still remains.

I have had some really weird delegate problems as well.
Sometimes I find that removing the delegate, waiting 20
minutes, and adding them back will resolve this issue.
