Delete an Enterprise Project

Can anyone tell me how to delete an Enterprise Project
after I have published it. Also I am needing to delete
some resources that are no longer with the company how do
I do this? These resources are not associated with any
active projects either.

You can do this by the PWA, in the admin section you'll
find 'clean up Microsoft Project Server database'.
