delete checked out project

Hi,


I had an enterprise project uploaded and checked out for editing from
the
Project Server. After a power failure I rebooted and tried to open /
delete
the file but it turned out to be still checked out; so I cannot open it
read
/ write from MS Project and I cannot delete it either from the
server... but
the file is not open anywhere. What can I do ?

Also It is not appering in the Web Access as checked out under Check-in
my projects as well as For Admin Checked out project list.
