I am using Outlook to process faxes.
Some faxes are generated automatically by another program. The problem is,
they are sent to "9,1" instead of (for instance) "9,1,8001234567".
I would like to delete those messages before they are sent.
Is there a way to do this automatically? I looked, and did not see a way to
run a script before sending an item in the message rules :-(
