Delete upon opening problem

I am using Outlook 2002. When I open an e-mail message,
Outlook immediately deletes the message. I am able to
read it and save it to another folder, but I want Outlook
to stop deleting them in case I forget to copy it
someplace else. I want to manually delete the messages.
How do I shut the automatic delete off?

I don't think you'll find Outlook is deleting the messages, I expect you
have it set to view unread messages only. Try this:

View-Current View-Messages
