deleted a word document

I deleted my word document by mistake and I have no backup. Is there any
possible way of retreiving it?

If it is a saved document that you have deleted from the hard drive and it
isn't in the recycle bin, file recovery software *may* be able to recover
it, provided the disc space it occupied has not been overwritten. Search at
Google (preferably on a different PC) for undelete utilities. Ontrack's Easy
Recovery Pro is good.
