deleted email reapears

Every email that I delete seems to reapear the next time
I log onto outlook. My ISP (bellsouth) states that their
server does not contain multiple emails. HELP!

Although Outlook should remember the messages it has downloaded, you should
check if your POP account settings has it to Leave Messages On Server? You
should disable that unless you have another machine that is the one that
permanently empties the mailbox in your mail server.
