Deleted macro still works

Hello!
I have recorded a macro that would change text in the textbox - it would
assign it a slide nimber. Later I needed to brake the sequence, and I deleted
the micro, but presentation keeps replacing text in the box with slide
number. I deleted this macro in all my files and re-saved them, but text
still changes. What do I do?
Thanks for your help!

Now sure about what took place, but there may need to be some deeper
macro cleaning than what was done. Try pressing Alt+F11 to bring up VBE
(Visual Basic Editor) and use Ctrl+r to show Project-VBAProject pane of
VBE. Right click on the Module that has the recorded macro(probably
Module1). Select Remove ModuleX...(X being the number of the module
that contains the macro). A dialog box appears that asks if ModuleX is
to be exported before removing it, make the decision
yes/no/cancel/help. If yes, choose a location for safe keeping. If no,
it will be gone from the presentation. Resave the presentation without
said macro and no words should be spoken by it from that mouse click
on.
Good luck
