Deleting a Link

I've copied a worksheet from another workbook. When I open
the file to which I have copied the message states that
there is a link to another file. I don't want this list to
exist. How can I delete this link. I've tried to lock the
link on Tools/Options/Calculation by removing the tick on
the Update Remote Reference box but it continues to stay
there.

Copy your new sheet and paste values. That will remove the links.
