Deleting Comments in Revisions

I made all the revisions in a document with comments and
the comments still show up when I VIEW, COMMENTS. I
thought I had deleted them all, but they are still there

Hi, George. If you're using Word XP or 2003, display the Reviewing
toolbar if it isn't already on screen (View | Toolbars | Reviewing).
Click on the black downward-pointing triangle immediately to the right
of the button with a red X in it. One of the options on the drop-down
menu is "Delete all comments in document".
