Deleting Duplicates Based on Attachment Name

Is there a program that will remove duplicate messages where the attachment
is the same as in another message?

Unfortunately there is no feature like this currently built into any
version of Outlook. We welcome your feedback on this functionality fo
Outlook. Please send e-mail to (e-mail address removed) and let us know how
YOU believe Outlook should function. Out product teams use YOUR feedback
in designing new features for Outlook, when plannign the upcoming releases.
