Deleting from POP server

If I have 2 pst files, shouldn't Outlook (2003) delete a message from
the POP server if I move the message out of the Inbox into a folder in a
different pst file, if I have the pop settings to 'delete from server
when deleted from deleted items'? This is not happening - I move the
message and it is still in my inbox on the server.

Also, is there a fix for Outlook 2002 not deleting emails from the POP
server like it should?
