Deleting info from all cells at once

Okay, here is my situation...I have Excel spreadsheets with file names,
but they have the file extension at the end (all being '.pdf'). I need
to delete the '.pdf' from ALL the file names. It is frustrating
clicking in each cell and deleting it manually (some spreadsheets have
over 200 of them).

Is there any way to highlight the column and prompt Excel to delete the
'.pdf' part of the cells? Or anyway to do this without me manually
having to click in each cell and do it? (screenshot below to help
explain)

Thanks for any help you can give!
