deleting messages being sent

Can anyone help me? How do I stop an email that is in a
sending loop so I can delete. I stop the send but when I
hit delete it just starts sending again

Usually, you have to start Outlook offline or open the .pst file in another profile to fix this. If you tell us more about your Outlook version, mail mode if Outlook 98 or 2000, and type of mail server you're sending through, it might be possible to provide more specifics.
