Deleting Messages

Is there any way I can automatically delete messages that
come in from a specific address, rather than have to
manually delete them as they come in?

You can set a wizard rule for this. Choose Tools-> Wizard Rule... and start
with a blank rule (not based on a template).

You can add the address to your Junk Items and set it up
to be delete when it comes in

Could you be more specific? I am new to "Outlook" and
don't really have the confidence to go through all of
these steps

What about as is the case with the SWEN worm, where it autogenerates
each address with a randon series of letters, so adding ANY address
from it will only stop THAT address, but not the next e-mail with a
different random series of letters in the address?
