Deleting old email addresses

I need to remove an old ISP and it's e-mail address from
Outlook inbox. pls help

If you are trying to remove the e-mail account so that Outlook does not try
to check for new mail on that account then you should:
1. Go to Control Panel.
2. Go into the Mail icon.
3. Go into the E-mail accounts section. (If you can tell me what version of
Outlook you have I can give more specific directions.)
4. Remove the account in question.
