Deleting picture that appears on all documents?

I somehow have a picture that shows up automatically when I start word and I
would like to know how to permanently get rid of it. I think originally it
was something that was just copied and pasted onto one document, but has now
found a permanent home on all documents. PLEASE HELP ME GET RID OF IT. I will
greatly appreciate it. I don't want to have to cut or delete first everytime
I open a new one.
