deliverables page project workspace fixing gantt timescale

Version PS 2007, SP1
Ok, I have my Project Workspace created and I have added a few deliverables
with key dates, etc...nice concise summary page for execs to see and keep
others focused. Three items I wish to modify:

1)The timescale in the associated gantt chart of deliverables needs to be
compressed to show weeks or months, not days...I cant find the control to
zoom in or zoom out, any options there for fixing
2) Can I widen the window of deliverables, slightly to show just one more
deliverable without scrolling up or down to see all?
3)Once I get my project workspace set, for deliverables, risks and
issues...my main focus right now..how can I set my sample workspace as a
template for all other project workspaces built so it can use my sample as a
template?

Thanks for your time and answers.

I am probably not going to be giving you any good news but here is my input:

1) There doesn't seem to be a way to modify the timescale for this view

2) You can increase the height and width of the webpart by going to Site
Actions>Edit Page and then clicking on Edit>Modify Shared Web Part.
However, increasing the height of the web part doesn't seem to increase the
height of the top Gantt section which I believe is what you want to do

3) You can take any site and convert it into the new workspace template for
all newly provisioned workspaces (See these instructions on how to create a
template from your existing site:
http://www.epmcentral.com/articles/wss3-sptcustom.php). Existing workspaces
are independent sites and cannot be revamped automatically through a
template. In order to get an existing site to use your new template, you
would need to delete and re-provision the site with the new template, thus
losing any existing data such as issues, risks, documents, etc. Or you make
the changes manually on each site. That is why it is important to think
through and define your template for the organization before deploying
sites.

If you want to move a new list or new document library to existing sites,
you could do it by saving the list or library as a template and uploading
them to the existing sites but that is about it.
