Design Gallery logo

Leef

Hi there,
I am using Publisher 2002, SP3 and XPPro. I keep trying to add our farm
logo that I have on one of our documents, so that it will be available in
the Design Gallery to all publications that I make. However, it shows up
only when I have the original document open that I selected it from.

How do I add an object to the design gallery so that it is available to any
document or publication I start?

Any help would be most appreciated.

Sincerely,
Leef

You would have to create a publication template that has the object in the
Design Gallery. So, create a template by going to File > Save As > File type
would be Publisher template. Then when you want to use your template, go to
File > New > Templates and choose your template. The objects/logos you put
in the design gallery will be there.

You could also use the Personal Information Logo feature which will retain
your logo for all of your Publications, including blank non-template
publications. Go to Edit > Personal Information. If you have any questions,
let us know.
